CANCELLATION:
You are welcome to cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of order placement
and refund will be issued in the next 24-48 hours. Maybe longer depending on your banking institution.
ITEM DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT:
Assuming the worst case, if the packaging is heavily tampered with or damaged before delivery,
please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person
and contact our customer support mentioning your order ID
a brand new replacement will be dispatched to you with no additional cost.
RETURNING A DEFECTIVE PART:
Please note that individual defective/damaged items in a kit
will not be considered grounds for a return of the entire kit;
however, we will happily replace any damaged or defective individual items free of charge.
RETURN PROCEDURE:
Contact must be made to customerservice@printquestusa.com
no later than within 30-days after receipt of the product.
After 30 days from receipt, returns will not be accepted.
Once we have been informed of the return
All return shipping cost is your responsibility to return the item to Print Quest
using a tracked shipping service. A tracking number must be provided to Print Quest
no later than 7 days after the return has been accepted.
We will not accept liability for any items lost in shipping.
IMPROPER RETURNS:
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy
(and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product);
(a) we will not refund or exchange the product
(b) we may retain the product until you pay any additional amount
we may charge for redelivery of the un-returnable product.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURN:
Any returns made by customer without an approved mail to Print Quest
will be considered an unauthorized return.
Unauthorized returns will not be subject to a refund or credit by Print Quest.
